I applied through university. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Black & Veatch (Denver, CO) in Sept 2017
Interview
Two separate interviews, pretty standard. Not too much to say about it aside from speaking with several peopled from various levels, it reflected the company structure and it was obvious to tell the different levels and responsibilities within the company.

Question 1
Normal stuff- strengths/weaknesses & talked about experience
Virtual interview with three people. Questions pertaining to experience and culture. Opportunity to learn more about the office and active projects was clear. Good experience with the interview process. Would recommend.

Question 1
What kind of projects have you had experience with?
Phone interview and then zoom interview. Was promised I'd hear back within a couple weeks but never heard back. I reached out to my interviewers after some time and did not get a response.

Question 1
They focused a lot on situational questions: Tell me about a time you worked on a team you didn't agree with, etc.
Great and easy. Felt like I belonged and was easy to communicate with staff. Interview was not scary and was great to speak and learn about the company’s goals and ideals.
