They are only concerned about getting people in to sales. I'm convinced any position you apply for, they will try to convince you to go in to sales. He was very kind and the atmosphere was very "hip", they really push the non traditional business setting so it seems more appealing. Because the sales job is terrible. There is no base pay, it's 100% commission, long hours, selling products people do not want outside of grocery stores. Apparently "he knew someone just like me looking for the same exact work in my same exact position, but she wasn't fulfilled and ended up in sales and was SO happy." Sure 🙄 no matter how many times I said "I'm not interested in sales I'm interested in admin work." He would try to convince me to give that up for sales.
