Interview
I was first asked to submit a writing sample and they took quite a while to shortlist it. Once shortlisted, I was called in for a 1:1 interview. the interview was a breeze. i was simply asked to talk about myself and why i was looking for a change in career. After which it is simply a long salary negotiation process.
