The process was disorganized. Interviewers were late or didn’t even show up. Interview questions were repeated over multiple interviews. Video interview supposedly wasn’t even shared with interviewing team or so said the sales training director on the interview.

The interview process was the best I went through while searching for my next role. My application was responded to within a few weeks and I was invited to recorded a hirevue video. After submittting the video, I got a callback within a week to invite me to an inperson/virtual interview. The next interview was scheduled and took about 30 minutes. We covered a lot, and I had the opportunity to ask a few questions. I had a feedback and direction within a day following that interview. I was very pleased with the speed and transparency throughout the interview and onboarding process. It blew me away and showed a respect for my time and theirs to not require several interviews or tests in the hiring process. This was one of the reasons I chose this offer over other competitive offers.
