I had a sit-down interview and a training interview which was working behind the counter for an hour. I received and accepted a job offer. The manager said they would get back to me mid-week about training. I did all the required online paperwork and online training. Almost an entire week went by so I reached out- she said she was busy training others and would get back to me next week. TWO WEEKS went by and no contact at all. I checked the online portal and all of my paperwork and completed tasks had been deleted. It was as if I’d never been offered a job at all. Negative review (and I’m never eating here again) because of the piss-poor communication, complete lack of follow-through by the manager, and her disregard for my time, energy, and efforts. I wanted this job and was happy to get it. Extremely disappointed.
