      Senior Motion Graphics Designer Interview

      29 Mar 2019
      Anonymous employee
      New York, NY
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Bleacher Report (New York, NY) in Mar 2019

      Interview

There was a call scheduled about a month after I applied initially. Then in an in-person interview with the hiring manager and colleagues and a tour of the office. Finally a second call with a head creative. All three times I went over my relevant experiences and projects I was proud of. It was somewhat relaxed and went smoothly. A few weeks after that last call I was offered the role. After the offer you go through a serious background check so be sure to have all your contact emails, phone numbers and old W2s or 1099s at the ready to back up what is on your resume.
