Interview
Nothing out of the ordinary. Pretty standard. Had to take an edit test to prove knowledge and skills of social media. Met with 3 people that also asked me pretty standard usual questions.
Had 4 interviews, the HR person went ghost on me for 2 months, only to tell me they hired another candidate and that I came in 2nd for the role. Horrible process and hiring managers were unresponsive
There was an initial phone call followed by an edit test that presents the candidate with sports scenarios and challenges them to create potential social content built around those events. Lastly, there was a Hangouts video call with four different BR leaders.
