First part of the process was a screening interview with the creative director. He asked me to give an overview of my background, including the places and projects I've worked on. Poked my brain about my process for ideating and creating levels, then asked my general design questions such as what type of game genres are most difficult for designing levels. Asked me what kinds of games have good examples of level design, but also how I would improve on that design. Overall it was a pleasant, cordial interview.
