Two interviews, didn't get the job, but was a good experience. I enjoyed my conversations there and would interview again. I like block and would work there they are a good company.

As expected. Submit resume. Connect with hiring manager. One round of "onsite interviews" with cross functional folks including partner engineering, team leads and colleagues. Received a response within 2 weeks. Fast turnaround !
