The process was clear, efficient and transparent from the start. I appreciated the ability to meet the CEO of the company as part of the interview process and Bloom left a strong impression with the process. The recruiter was very professional and communication was easy and open throughout the process. Moreover, the team at Bloom understands the value of the interviewee's time and make sure to keep the process fast, concise and efficient, while remaining thorough. I was very impressed with how friendly and prepared everyone I met was.

Mon entrevue avec la personne responsable des ressources humaines s'est bien passée, et j’ai reçu un retour positif. Par la suite, j'ai été invité à rencontrer le responsable du SEO. Cette entrevue s'est également déroulée agréablement, avec des questions assez simples pour moi, étant donné mon expérience dans le domaine depuis plusieurs années.
Après cet entretien, on m’a envoyé un test : un essai stratégique. J'y ai consacré du temps pour élaborer une stratégie détaillée et une présentation professionnelle. Cependant, après plus d'une semaine sans nouvelles, j'ai contacté la personne aux RH. La seule réponse que j'ai reçue était un message générique, un copier-coller m’informant qu'ils avaient choisi un autre candidat.
Cela démontre un manque de considération pour les candidats qui s'investissent dans leur processus de recrutement. Je ne recommande pas.
