Very smooth
First you need to do a hireview in two languages. Which is quite hard because they ask you all questions in English but answer in another language. From there you get a choice of taking an interview in-person or in video. I am having an interview soon.

2 zoom interviews, behavioural and motivationall based as well as some competency question, very easy process and all my interviewers were nice, the interview was less to do about hard skills and more focussed on soft skills and interest in the company and in fintech.
