The entire process was very relaxed. The interviews definitely want to see you in your best light. After a trivial IQ exam, I proceeded to a phone interview, during which the interview asked some fairly simple technical questions using my language of choice (Java). I was then flown to New York, with the flight, hotel stay, and $100 of other expenses paid for. I ended up not getting the position, mostly due to lack of experience.
