Contractor position. Reached out by a staffing agency, then first round phone interview with two managers and then onsite. Asked about technical skills, what programming tools are you familiar with?

Interview
Two 30-45 minute interviews with team member and then senior contributors. 2 hour take home technical assessment which was quite challenging. Interviewers were very nice and HR very helpful at every step. Sadly the 3rd party agency (PAYE setup) was a disaster from start to finish.
