They made me read an article about finance in Japanese. I had to describe how I used Python in my personal project. There were also some generic behavioral questions (i.e. talk about a time you had a teammate that didn't cooperate).
This was all in the early rounds of the recruiting process. I didn't make it to the later rounds.
Video call with 2-3 rounds interview with different people. Case was given in a group setting that you have to work with other candidates. After that you will get into breakout rooms for 1-2-1 interviews where they will ask about your motivation to join the company and why this role.
Did one interview I thought it went well but I was rejected at the first stage. Asked for feedback they said they choosed somebody already in the department.
Waste of time.
