The entire process took 5 months from start to finish. Rounds included: phone screening call with recruiter, video interviews with hiring manager, interview with team leads, and final interview with director.
applied online, two behavioral interviews, very smooth process. First round with HR/recruiter, second round with team manager. The whole process took less than a month if i remember correctly. was expected another meeting with higher management, but didn't happen
They were very clear on role scope, timeframe, expectations and process. Interview was pleasant, direct, informative. Positive experience overall, wasn't the right fit but appreciated their professionalism. Worth applying to and finding out more about their company.

Describe a difficult situation related to the performance of skills that would be applicable to this job and how you handled it.
I'll keep this brief, because my interview experience was. Bloomberg recruiter reaches out to set up an interview. She then cancels it less than 10 minutes before it's scheduled to begin. Asks if we can reschedule but ghosted me instead. It's too bad. Bloomberg is a highly-regarded company, but the recruiter's behavior doesn't make me want to re-apply anytime soon.
