We understand that phone screenings are an important step in our interview process to ensure that both our company and candidates are a potential fit before moving further in the interview process. We want to assure you that while we do ask about job performance capabilities, we did not ask for an onboarding plan during the phone screening. We understand that you may have put in a lot of effort to create the plan, but it was not requested.
Our goal is to create a smooth and efficient process for all candidates. However, please note that in some circumstances, the phone screening process may take more than a week. Nevertheless, we want to assure you that all candidates are followed up within two weeks of their initial phone screening about the next steps.
We also appreciate your concern about your interviewer during the phone screening. We take pride in our People Operations Partner's expertise and experience, and we are confident in their ability to conduct phone screenings effectively. While we value your feedback, we are confident that our People Operations Partner is highly qualified, experienced, and educated, and we have full confidence in her abilities.
