I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Blue Corona (Wilmington, NC)
Interview
I was expecting an interview, it was the first bite I'd had in months, so I was fired up, and the initial email said they wanted to learn about my background, but the first thing the interviewer said was that they only had 15 minutes, so it seemed to pivot more towards a "culture fit" discussion, but there was no forewarning that that's all the interview would be at this stage.
I tried to speak to my qualifications, having prepared for days to answer the slew of typical interview questions, but I guess they just wanted to have a friendly hello chat and end it. Which felt dismissive and borderline insulting.
Again, if that had been mentioned in the contact email that that's all the initial contact would consist of, I wouldn't have gone to the lengths of preparation a typical interview requires.
it Was very thorough and I felt confident, I was guided at every step of the way. It was a 3 step interview and everyone was really professional, I accepted the offer
Very thorough, went through multiple people on the PM team, truly got a good understanding of what was expected of me. Not only did they ask about me but I learned a lot about those who interviewed me on their day to day.
