A three step process. I'm impressed with the detail. First step I had a quick ten minute phone call with a recruiter, then I took an online quiz, then I made the in-person interview. The in-person interview was two parts, first part I was interviewed by the manager of the department and the second part I solved a problem with a different manager/person. It was not intimidating at all, even though it's more than I've had to do for any other job interview.
