The process is simple the Hr would send you an email and ask to connect with the team in Dubai for an interview. As I went for an interview the office looked like a godown space in spite of it being on the 7th floor. The manager did not have any aura about himself, he was just keen in the last 7 years why I had skipped 3 companies. Although I had read enough about it the manager did not give a gist about their company. More than understanding what I can do for them he was concerned about my past experience. All in all its a super traditional company and there will be no growth so avoid the interview.
