First , when I applied for the job I was sent a problem to solve as best as I possibly could, then returned this and got invited to interview. It was broken into different sections. We had an interview with senior management, then a couple of small tasks to demonstrate skills associated with the job, none were very daunting and there was help if it was needed (it wasn't about getting full marks it was showing my thought process and also making a good first impression!)
