In the beginning I had a very positive interview experience. The hiring manager seemed very genuine. After being called into the office and interviewing with the CEO, I never heard back after reaching out three times. During the interview process they made it very clear that they focused on relationships with their clients and did not believe in ghosting. I even see the recruiters I worked with comment on LinkedIn posts sharing their frustration with ghosting culture in the recruiting world. It is a bit of a slap in the face and leaves me feeling very negatively about the company.
