Bluleadz interview questions

Super unprofessional and lacked structure. I know the company wants to seem hip and cool to appeal to younger people, but it came off as unprepared and lacking. They pretty much wasted my time

They reached out to me over LinkedIn and we set up a phone interview. I came in a week later for an in person interview, and a couple weeks after that for a third interview. It all went very smoothly and there was a lot of communication and updates on what to expect and when to hear back from them.
