Interview
Fairly easy if you have your state license. Great opportunity to learn for just starting out stylist. They do make you go through a practical on hair cuts and highlights to see what you can do.
It was straight forward interview, nothing unusual. Explained the job the pay the benefits and what is expected.
Described how the staff works with each other and how call offs are handled.
I applied online, had a phone interview with the regional manager a few days later. About a week after that I had an in-person interview with the regional manager at one Regis location, and then about a week and a half after that I had a technical interview at a different Regis location.
