I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boardwalk Properties (Boston, MA) in Sept 2013
Interview
The interview process was great...real questions about what you expect to gain from being an agent. I interviewed with a seasoned agent whos team I would join. It's great to be interviewed by someone who knows that they will be responsible for investing time into you. It makes for an authentic interview.

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Boardwalk Properties
Interview
Fairly simple interview, no difficult questions. They're basically doing a personality assessment to make sure you're a hard worker / would work well in sales. Nothing too hard! They also do not hire part time agents.

Question 1
Why are you interested in real estate? What hours are you looking to work? How much money are you looking to make per month/year?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Boardwalk Properties (Boston, MA) in Apr 2016
Interview
If you get a referral from an employee it is a layup of an interview. Mostly they want you to either A. Be licensed already, or B. have a plan to get your license as soon as possible. No real questions about anything else. It took less than 5 minutes once i told them I already had my license, which then began the courses the company makes you take about sales basics.
