I applied via LinkedIn to a confidential posting. I received an email from the company within a week inviting me to a phone screen interview. The interview went well, my interviewer was professional and easy to talk to. I had several interviews over the next 4-6 weeks. The interview questions were not particularly difficult. Each interview expanded on previous discussion s and questions around skills and experience. Overall the experience was good.
