I was originally contacted by the companies VP Steve who was very friendly and detailed about the type of person he was looking for in the role he wanted to fill. Steve explained the day to day role and responsibilities thouroughly, with detail and professionalism. I was almost immediatley contactedafter the interiew that I was selected to move forward to a final interview with the CEO. I met with the CEO Ben a few days later for my final interview, located at the Bobcar offices in Wall St. Ben was very inviting and informative, he wanted to know more bout me as a person as opposed to my work history. He made me feel comfortable to speak freely about my goals and aspiriations. I had originally applied for the position of Project Manager, but after speaking with Ben, he felt my experience and knowledge of the field would be better suited for another position within the company which turned out to be a great situation for both myself and the company. There aren't many interviews that I have gone through in my lifetime where i felt comfortable and stress free. Great Company to work for, so glad I had the opportunity to come aboard.
