Phone interview first, then a 3.5 in person interview with 3 managers. Was offered the job on the spot (with a salary quote) and was told I'd be receiving an offer letter via email, but didn't hear from anyone for 3 months??? I then received another call and was told again that I was being offered the job, and should again receive an offer letter via email, I have never heard from this company again. Most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.
