Interview
It was an interview through skype with 3 people. An expert on your field, a HR specialist and the other one was the CEO if I remember correctly.
They are very friendly and it feels more like a conversation rather than an interview with lots of questions. It was about 20-25 minutes long.

Questions about general C++ knowledge, then some about optimizations and how to tackle certain problems when you know nothing about the codebase, also they will ask you about your academic projects (or other profesional projects). Also general questions about yourself.
