I saw an ad online; applied through a staffing agency. Received a call fairly quickly. Interview was an informal meeting with two individuals, very positive and enthusiastic.The usual questions about experience. Got the impression these guys didn't do interviews too often; it was almost comical how transparent they were. I received an offer a day later. It was a pleasant and encouraging interview process.
