Was called one day and scheduled an interview then. Was told I had the job but had to keep calling around to get the onboarding process. Pretty quick process though after that.

Interview
Was asked would I be willing to become manager for mostly night shift. Was told I would make more than other managers since I will be completely nights which was a complete lie. I was paid the least of all the managers there even ones who became managers after me.

None was asked besides did I want to become night management
Met with the unit director. She was very friendly and informative. Told me about what the job entailed in detail. She was able to answer all of my questions. It was not a nerve wrecking interview at all.
