Was invited for a screening call because my 'CV looked awesome'. After a 30-minute interview of what I thought was a positive interaction and recruited kept giving me positive signals got a boiler plate email saying they are going to proceed with the better suited candidates. No feedback, no nothing - after I spent a significant amount of time to learn about the company and the position. Not even giving a fully qualified candidate a chance to progress in the homework round and then literally not giving any feedback. Please do better.

I went through multiple stages of the interview process, including initial interviews, an assessment, and a final round. While the first two interviews and the assessment were fairly structured, the final interview was completely misaligned with the earlier stages. The interviewer was very aggressive, repeatedly interrupted, and did not allow me to finish my answers. Despite being asked in advance to prepare STAR responses, I was discouraged from using my notes and told I seemed “nervous.”, no I was uncomfortable as he was being rude. A technical exercise was dictated live, which I solved logically, but the session was abruptly closed without constructive discussion or feedback. Overall, the experience felt inconsistent and unprofessional. There was a clear mismatch between the different stages of the process, and the tone of the final interview did not encourage open communication or collaboration.
