They will post open roles for an entry level that only needs HTML/CSS and Javascript. However, once you get an interview, you'll realize that the job posted is just a click bait because the job is clearly looking for experienced(9 years) ones or they're just posting this to look like they're growing but not actually hiring. That's the reason why they're ghosting alot even if you did well in the interview.
