Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted by a recruiter to schedule an initial interview. The recruiter called me at the scheduled time and we chatted for about 30min. Overall, it was great experience! I'm looking for remote work and they have a hybrid an in-office policy at this time, so we paused the process for now. Other than that, it went great and the recruiter was very personable. Easily one of the best interview experiences I've had!

How do you keep your projects organize, balance priorities, and keep things moving towards the finish line?
The interview process was very thorough. Most company interviews are held virtually now so I thought it was nice to have in-person interviews with the team. The talent recruiter was very communicative which is very much appreciated when going through any interview process.

I was able to chat with Torrey who is one of the recruiters at Bombas. He was absolutely great! He was transparent, down to earth and made the interview process seamless. Glad I had the chance to connect with him!
