I had a total of two calls before I was informed they had a candidate they would be giving the offer to. Although, I didn’t get a chance to work with Bombas, the whole interview process was absolutely amazing. Torrey was such a positive person that set the tone for what is to be expected at Bombas (all around goodness)! Bombas does make sure they screen everyone so it’s a right for the company, but also a right fit for the candidate. The questions that are asked range from the typical questions you’d expect to a couple of interesting ones that’ll get you thinking. Overall, an amazing experience!
