interview process took 3-4 days, after first round they call me after a week. 2 technical round one hr. round , technical people are good but not hr ,after discussion of salary and bound they rejected me

Interview was good but they dont reveal their policy of seizing your original document for the collateral of 1.5 years of bond which I think they should improve because communication is the key.
