Was in touch with a recruiter who said I was a great fit for a CMO role, she tried to schedule time with the recruiting agency founder twice but both times the founder skipped the meeting and never sent any follow up. I messaged the first time and got a response but after the second time she ghosted neither of us followed up... weird experience to say the least
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Initial screening was basic, asked about my experience and general resume questions
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Bond Street Group (New York, NY) in Jul 2017
Interview
In person discussion with department managers. Came back for 2nd interview with the Branch manager. The sales person and branch manager are no longer with the company. There seems to be a structuring revamp going on.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bond Street Group (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
One of the biggest time wasting job interviews by far.
I applied through Bond Street Group for a Vita Tax Preparer position and am extremely disappointed by how misleading the whole thing was.
Considering the process took over a month and you're forced to take a ridiculous pass or fail test after passing another pass/fail exam is a complete departure from the simplicity demonstrated at the Bond Street Group interview.
Stating he needed over 700 "volunteers" the coordinator gave the impression that rejection for the position would be close to impossible and that anyone could do the job which turned out to be far from the truth as in the end only around 15/50 people actually managed to pass the exam.
