I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Borets (Midland, TX) in Jun 2019
Interview
Interview was simple and straight forward. You sit with HR and your immediate supervisor(s). They go through the normal, guide lined questions. Nothing new. Very simple. Be straight forward and true with your answers, and ask questions. Good people and HR while I was there and made the interview process easy.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Borets (Nisku, AB) in Jan 2018
Interview
Interviewer had no clue how to evaluate the candidate. I felt like the hiring manager does not know how to hire a good employee. He kept asking irrelevant questions. I still replied all the questions because I was properly prepared but I felt that it was a fake process and they may not need an employee to hire.
