The process begin with an overview of the day and a welcoming speech that settled the nerves, everyone was divided to do two group assessments and then 20 minute interviews. This was followed by a site tour of the plant by other grads. The environment was very welcoming.

Positive, interviewers very nice, very welcoming. Competency based interview, wanted answers using the STAR methods. Overall very nice experience. Asked questions about Lean 6 Sigma, NCEP/CAPA Process and risk management.

Interview
It was mainly based on CV with a group discussion. Good chance to speal about benefits and life at Boston scientific and what the culture is about there. Location was very nice
