Sono stata selezionata per effetture un colloquio online in inglese in cui bisognava rispondere a 9 domande tramite pc, registrarsi e inviarle. Mi hanno dato tre giorni di preavviso per prepararmi ma due di questi erano weekend. E' stato strano registrarsi davanti ad uno schermo e rispondere.

Friendly interviewers and overall it was a good process, very fast once they make the first contact. No the greatest pay of all the opportunities but the enviroment is great and all other benefits as well

Se me preguntó cosas técnicas, cosas personales, mi manera de trabajar mi manera de trabajar bajo presión, mi manera de dividir mi tiempo, preguntaron sobre trabajos pasados sobre trabajos del colegio, sobre experiencias personales, etc. etc. etc.
il processo di recruiting si svolge in varie fasi anche se ravvicinate tra di loro; sicuramente si fanno un colloquio conoscitivo e, in caso di feedback conoscitivo, anche uno tecnico.
