The HR BP called me to schedule my interview with the hiring manager (fpa manager). We had a 30mins online call where we walked through my resume and skills set.
Following week i had an interview at the office, it didnt seem like it was coordinated well. When i arrived, 5-10mins were wasted to find a meeting room. The hiring manager was there to do a skills test, which involved excel skills on formulas, P&L understanding, how to calculate variances, make a slide and present the variances and potential reasonings.
It seemed very rushed and hiring manager's manager joined in the last 10-15mins. They were supposed to be there for the presentation but were busy elsewhere. They hadnt read my resume before and asked the hiring manager for a copy, i walked them through my experience and skillset.
There was one behavioral question asked on if i had any challenges coordinating with other teams.
I didnt feel like my time was respected with the way the interview was executed. When I was walked out, it felt rushed like they wanted me to leave quickly.
