I applied for the internship position online with my resume and cover letter. I received an offer for an interview and scheduled it. I had two interviews back to back at my school that were 30 minutes each. My interviewers were pretty friendly and in Senior Associate positions. They wanted to get to know me and told me a lot about themselves. They got back to me a few days later.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Boston Scientific (Washington, DC) in Feb 2018

I was contacted through LinkedIn, met with the HR in a conference, had spot interviews with the managers after meeting with the HR. And they told about my job later that evening.
