Very simple and easy. They set up a time and asked some very basic questions and then asked when i could start training. I don’t even think they asked me any traditional interview questions, just about my work experience. The first training shift which is pretty much just shadowing was technically part of the interview too

Interview
Got an interview on the spot. The restaurant was busy but the general manager liked my resume so asked me to come in for a working interview. Went in for working interview, which was only two hours, and really enjoyed the atmosphere and other employees. It was a really fun great place to work.
