The interview process was long, exhausting and a waste of time. I was called in for THREE interviews. Each one lasted between 1-2 hours over three weeks. On the third interview they gave me a written test that didn't have anything to do with accounting. They made me think that I was going to get the job. The negotiated a pay rate and they gave me all of the benefit information and when my start date would be. The next week, I got an email saying that they had chose someone else.
