Got scheduled for an interview by someone in California. Then someone in Minnesota interviewed me. The position was in Troy, Michigan. I was told I was going to hear either way by the following week but never did despite asking for an update from the guy who scheduled the interview. The guy who interviewed me told me I did not need to show my face during the interview so I looked more casual than I normally would for such occasion. But the lady who interviewed was showing her face so I felt obligated to do the same. The lady who interviewed me seemed to be happy with my answers so I was quite taken aback when I did not even get a rejection. I did research on the company before I interviewed because I've been wanting to get back to this field for a whole. The lack of communication between both people who set up the interview and who conducted the interview clearly shows a deeper problem within the company. The fact that he did not have the decency to answer my requests for an update tells me everything I needed to know. I would not want to work for a sloppy place like this anyway.
