I interviewed with the CEO, who did not ask many questions, but rather spent time listening to me talk and try to find something in my skill set or qualities that he saw as a potential fit for the company and the position. I was invited back for the second round of interviews where I shadowed one of the sales reps doing door to door sales for small companies.

Interview
I was contacted by their front desk lady Amanda and then I met with the CEO, there were a few other people in the lobby and I didnt catch if they were interviewing for the same position. Music is cool definitely a younger crowd.
Very easy interview questions, nothing out of the ordinary. One of the questions were "What do you want at out of a workplace in order to work there?"
I shadowed a sales rep and we did B2B sales for Staples, very long interview process. End of the day you meet with the President again and go over the day. I have a few other job interviews and he encouraged me to go on them and let him know.
