Boys Town Crisis Counselor interview questions

The interview process is fairly straight forward - I had two rounds of interviews that involved questions and role playing scenarios. They will train all employees but they do want to see that each person is qualified for the job as it is a high intensity role. All emails and calls were answered in a timely manner, and I felt clear and informed at each step! There are so many resources about Boys Town I highly recommend watching the videos, reading and perusing the website and overall familiarizing yourself with all that Boys Town provides. Such an incredible organization and everyone has been very friendly and welcoming during this process!
