Applied online in May of 2023 through Indeed. Recruiter contacted me late June. Setup phone screening with the hiring manager in July. The screening was basic questions. Mentioned next steps was another virtual interview with the team. Got a phone call week later about a different position in the same team. I passed on the first role, knowing the 2nd role was more suited for me. The 2nd role was never posted anywhere. There was no description on it, only a basic what they're looking for. I had another phone screening with the same hiring manager for the 2nd role. Near same questions as first interview. It seemed next steps was an interview with the team. Recruiter reached out for me to complete an soft skills assessment that neither person mentioned up to that point. Completed the assessment. Week later I reached out to the recruiter and no response. Did not receive any more contact from the company.
