      Service Manager Interview

      17 Feb 2014
      Anonymous employee
      San Antonio, TX
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Brake Check (San Antonio, TX) in Apr 2013

      Interview

The interview was very informal. The interviewer was more than 30 minutes late and did not seem to care that they were late. The questions were remedial for non-salary staff. After 10 minutes, I was offered the job. Training was less than a week and then sent to a store. The sales training was too basic even with lack of experience in automotive. I was promoted in less than two weeks from MIT to Service Manager.
