I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Brakes (Bridgwater, England) in Oct 2015
Interview
Scouted by Brakes internal Recruiters. Adapt Resourcing. Went through daily conversations and excellent preparation by the recruiter. 30 days of research, presentation planning and hours of study. Psycho symmetric testing. Skype chats.
2 interviews with the MD. One in HighBridge and one in Bristol. At my own cost. Get through to the last 2 people and advised the last step is meet the leadership team. Then both Brakes and The recruiter disappear. I mean no contact at all. No yes well done or no thank you and here's some feedback. Nothing. Very strange and very unprofessional behaviour.
