Spoke with CEO and administrative individuals during the initial phone interview. Suggested a follow-up interview in the local office later that day, which I had to decline. Met with head of local office the next day. Had a job offer the following day.
Pros: Quick process, everyone seemed very nice
Cons: Very hasty. The job was not explained very well - was truly a glorified admin job with a small percentage of the job being brand development. Key details (eg. details of benefits, vacation time, etc) were left out of the employment contract, etc. You sign a waiver for a third-party company to look into your background for education, personality, etc.; however this company will also look into factors that are, in my opinion, no business of an employer (eg. your living situation/mode of living, your previous salary, etc)
